1. What is Keyword Wolf?
The rules are simple: players split into a majority of villagers and a minority of werewolves and discuss the given keyword or topic. Villagers try to identify who the werewolves are. Werewolves pretend to be villagers and act so that their identity is not discovered.
- You do not know whether you are a villager or a werewolves at first.
- While talking, you infer whether you yourself are a villager or a wolf.
- If you speak too directly about the keyword, everyone will figure out what it is. Speak in a way that conveys the keyword only to your allies.
2. How to Play
a. Rule Setup
The player who starts the game (the Owner) selects the keyword category and sets the numbers of villagers and wolves, then begins the game.
b. Check Your Keyword
Your own keyword appears on screen - check it. You cannot see other players’ keywords.
c. Talk Time
Discuss the keyword. Anyone can increase or decrease the talk time.
d. Voting Time
Vote for one person to banish. If a villager is banished, the werewolves win; if a wolf is banished, the villagers win. If two players are tied for the most votes, it is a draw, and talk time starts again.
e. Results
The winner is revealed here. You will also see who was banished, who were villagers/werewolves, and what keyword each player was discussing.
